2016 Iditarod Trail Report

What everyone has been wondering! (feel free to like and share to get the word out)2016 Iditarod trail report from Race Marshall Mark Norman:(Paraphrased form press meeting 3-2-2016) – Trail is hard and fast this year. – Around Skwentna there is over 4ft of snow. – Dalzell Gorge – 8 days of trail work done to fix the ice and debris at the bottom of the notorious Dalzell Gorge. There was huge chunks of ice towering over 8 ft, something Mark has never seen before. – Nikolai is good.- Mcgrath has more snow.- Opir to Cripple is not travelled often so they put in the trail.
